1) “The Interesting Narrative of the Life of Oluadah Equiano” written by Olaudah Equiano and published in 1789

2) Among The Ibos of Nigeria written by GT Basden and published in 1912

3) The African Trilogy ( a combination of Things Fall Apart, Arrow of God and No longer at Ease) written by Chinua Achebe and published in 1958.
