Kanu’s Continuous Illegal Detention: Time For IPOB To Hold The Tinubu-led Government Accountable
Kanu’s Continuous Illegal Detention: Time For IPOB To Hold The Tinubu-led Government Accountable
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s history of drug trafficking in the United States now sits clearly as the most compelling form of leverage against him.
If he does not agree to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who has been discharged and acquitted of all frivolous charges against him, IPOB should be prepared to flood the relevant agencies like the FBI, with petitions, threatening to expose his criminal record.
In this scenario, his past misdeeds become the key to his current predicament, where his actions are dictated by the fear of his secrets coming to light.
The Tinubu-led administration knows that Kanu committed no crime known to law, hence, the former Attorney General, Abubakar Malami’s unlawful decision to halt the execution of the Appeal Court’s rule on the 13 October, 2022, vigorously trampled against the very constitutional rights of Kanu to be freed unconditionally.
Petitions should flood the database of the US immigration offices against past and present Director Generals of the Nigerian Department Of Secret Service (DSS), Alhaji Yusuf Magaji Bichi, CFR, and Mr Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi, MON.
And Finally, the body-double of the Late President Mohammadu Buhari, GCFR, in whose administration over-saw the most dreaded crime against humanity— extraordinary kidnap, torture and abuse of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s human rights.
These are the direct perpetrators of these crimes against humanity.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a factual fan of the Trump’s MAGA movement.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu attended Donald J. Trump’s re-election campaign Rally in Iowa, on a VIP invitation.
He is Pictured greeting a U.S house member – Steve King of Iowa 4th District and other top U.S politicians.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the leader of the largest peaceful mass movement on the planet earth, IPOB.
IPOB is constitutionally registered in the USA, and across over 100 countries of the world, as a self-determination organization, setup in pursuit for the purpose of achieving the referendum for the indigenous peoples described as “Biafra”, to regain their sovereignty as a separate nation from Nigeria.
Self-determination is not a crime, even in the United States’ law.
The Nigeria’s constitution recognizes the rights of the indigenous people to choose their social and political status.
And such rights are inalienable to the Indigenous People Of Biafra led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
It is the duty of the United States to uphold its strength in defending democracy and civil liberties of indigenous peoples.
