Banditry and Kill.er Herdsmen emanated under Buhari with great force and land grabbing for the settlement of the Herdsmen at their preferred places. This became the order and talk of the day but his concentration for the engagement the Nigerian military was a focus on South East instead of Sambisa Forest and other banditry states in the North.
