Once upon a time in a small village called Emene, there lived a great King with four wives and one cucubine.

The King built a special hut for the cucubine outside the Palace. And of course, The four Queen knows about Mma the King’s special cucumbine who gave birth to the last son of the King Ikenna.

The King has managed to keep his family at peace and Harmony.

He treated all his wives and cucumbine equally with love.

Mma was a maiden in the palace whom the great King found attracted to. Even though when the King first made his approach to Mma, Mma refused to agree to the King because the King already had four wives and she had a man in her life.

Mma told the King that she already had a man in her life. But the King was persistent.

One morning Mma’s Man sent a message to Mma that he was no longer interested in the relationship and that was the last time Mma ever heard from the love of her life.

Mma was heartbroken and that was the moment King Ikenna took Advantage of Mma’s broken heart. He had sent messenger to Mma’s boyfriend to tell him to break up with Mma and leave the village. King Ikenna paid the boyfriend handsomely for that.

After the love making that night in few weeks Mma realized that she was pregnant for the King.

The King was truly happy that Mma was pregnant. But instead of taking her as a wife, He took her a concubine.

Mma gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. King Ikenna was very happy that he called the last son Obiagu.

Many years later Obiagu turned fifteen years. And on his fifteen birthday. The Great King Ikenna d!ed.

The King D!ed. And then became war in the Palace.

After the King’s dé@th. The King’s men consulted the gods to know who the next King would be.

“The gods said that Obiagu should be crowned King”. Okafor one of the Kings men said to the King first four sons. Okafor is very close to the King first four son.

Obiagu brothers never liked Obiagu or his mother, they call him the illegitimate son of the King.

How can a concubine son be crowned King? Is this a joke? Nnanna the eldest son yelled.

A fifteen years old boy for that matter. It can never happen. It is not even possible. Obinna the second son said.

The four brothers in agreement decided to do everything possible to make sure that Obiagu doesn’t become King over them.

So the King’s men has not yet told Obiagu nor his mother what the gods said about Obiagu becoming King. The four brothers asked Okafor to help them delay the announcement until they are done with what they have in mind. He accepted to help them.

So in other for their plans to work, they pretended to be happy with Obiagu and wants to start getting close to him.

So Obiagu thought that his brothers were happy for him.

Obiagu has always wanted his brothers to be close to him. Everytime he ask his mother why his brothers doesn’t like playing with him. But his mother always tell him to ignore them.

One morning Obiagu’s brother called him so that they would go hunting as brothers.

That morning Obiagu’s mother wasn’t around when one of the Prince came and called Obiagu to go hunting with them. Obiagu was excited to be finally following his brothers to hunting.

Poor 15years Obiagu followed his brother to hunt, not knowing that he was the bush meat his brother were planning to k!ll.

They wanted to k!ll him in the forest and blame the wild animals for it.

Obiagu followed his brothers to his deåth.
