Just then some of the villagers who just saw what happened came out of the bush where they were hiding when the Leopard came.

Awele the brave Leopard chaser. They villagers hailed Awele.

This got Prince Afam really Jealous. Will you keep quiet! The Prince said to them. But the villagers didn’t keep quiet. They carried Awele up and took him to the palace.

Igwe!!! Awele here just saved our Kingdom from a leopard attack. The villagers said to the King of Mgbidi.

Awele was opening the door when Ada started screaming on his bed. He came to check why she was screaming. Only for some palace guards rushed to Awele room and saw Awele ontop of Ada checking if she was alright.

Nothing is happening. Awele said. But by that time Ada already torn her dress.

“He tried to råpe me.” Ada lied against Awele with fake tears.
