The Ndigbo Youth Parliament, led by Rt. Hon. Rikki Nwajoofor, paid a courtesy visit to the Distinguished Senator, Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, to reaffirm their commitment to the creation of Anioma State a cause they have pledged to champion as full soldiers of the movement.

During the engagement, Senator Nwoko emphasized that the creation of Anioma State would help erase a long-standing generational crisis and further expand the landmass and representation of the Igbo nation. He stated that the establishment of Anioma State would restore a sense of belonging and unity, even among those who have, over time, distanced themselves from their Igbo heritage.

The Ndigbo Youth Parliament also announced plans to hold a series of town hall and youth stakeholder meetings across Enugu and other parts of the South East to sensitize and mobilize support for the Anioma State agenda. These events are expected to hold tentatively in the coming weeks.

Senator Nwoko, in response, expressed his full support and confirmed his willingness to be present at the upcoming sensitization programs, pledging continued collaboration with the youths to achieve this historic goal.

The visit ended with a renewed spirit of partnership and determination to see Anioma State become a reality a move that symbolizes progress, unity, and justice for the Igbo people.
