HIS NAME IS UMARU MUSA YAR’ADUA

His name is Umaru Musa Yar’Adua. He would have been the best president of Nigeria. The genuineness, sincerity, justice, and accommodating spirit we saw in Jonathan’s administration were initiated by him.

He was the face of a new Nigeria. From the very beginning we saw one who wanted to carry everyone along in justice, peace and brotherhood. But sickness wouldn’t allow him.

Today we have a government that is completely opposite of him. A government that doesn’t listen, doesn’t feel, doesn’t see, and doesn’t care.

As you read this, some Nigerian citizens have been living in IDP camps for a decade because foreigners are occupying their homes and land. Yet the government, whose duty is to protect lives and property, doesn’t care.

People are being māssacred on a daily basis; no one protects them.

We have a government that has different laws for different people. A government that is after protesters and agitators but pampers terr0rists.

We really miss President Yar’Adua. Rest on, good man. The way Nigerians bless your soul each time they remember you is the way they will forever curse those who caused them to cry.
