NIGERIA’S ROT: A Land Built on Igbo Oppression, Northern Greed, and South West Complicity ⚠️

The hatred for the Igbos by the North was deliberate, systemic, and genocidal in strategy. Out of fear of Igbo resilience, brilliance, and inevitable economic dominance, the North orchestrated a malicious plan of marginalization, dragging the South West into cowardly complicity. The Niger Delta became a collateral victim, punished for being part of the old Eastern region.

The North carved out states and annexed Igbo communities into Rivers, Delta, Bayelsa, Cross River, Benue, and Akwa Ibom, all designed to fragment and weaken Igbo influence. They refused to allow functional seaports in the Niger Delta, monopolizing Lagos, deliberately ensuring that the oil-rich South East and Niger Delta could not prosper.

To crown this theft, they enacted the Land Use Act, stealing the region’s natural resources. Today, the rightful owners of the oil live in squalor, while the Hausa-Fulani elite illegally reap the wealth of the Niger Delta.

This is the truth Nigeria refuses to face: a nation rotten to the core, stagnant, divided, and drowning in corruption, built on systematic oppression, calculated theft, and the betrayal of its most industrious people.
