What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Wow the best piece of advice I ever receive is when I have a little challenge in life and I am seeing everything going wrong a man call me and ask me what is the matter and told him,he call me son listen to me and said if I were you I will take it easy and soft but never take it personally just let it go.
