Dear women,

Today I want to pause a little to honour and appreciate the profound role you play in our lives. You are the rhythm that makes our hearts sing, the melody that fills our souls with joy, and the harmony that brings balance to our existence. Your love, kindness, and beauty illuminate our days, and we are grateful for the journey we share with you.

From the moment God created Eve as a companion for Adam, women have held a special place in God’s design. Genesis 2:18 reminds us, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” You are not just helpers but partners, friends, and confidants who enrich the lives of those around you. Your presence brings calm in every storm and provides a safe haven where peace resides.

However, with this honour comes responsibility. In today’s fast-paced world, it is easy to become distracted and lose focus on what truly matters. Many women, unfortunately, fall into the trap of meddling in matters that do not concern them. The Bible advises in 1 Thessalonians 4:11 to “make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you.” This is not a call to silence or passivity but a reminder to focus on your purpose and not be entangled in unnecessary conflicts.

Respect and obedience are also crucial elements of a harmonious relationship. Ephesians 5:22 instructs, “Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord.” This submission is not about weakness or subjugation but about mutual respect and love. In respecting and honouring your husband, you are fulfilling God’s command and bringing peace and unity into your home.

Remember, dear women, without men in your lives, you may feel incomplete, just as men are incomplete without you. Together, we form a whole, reflecting God’s design for humanity. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 beautifully puts it, “Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labour: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.”

So, as you continue to shine with grace and strength, remember to stay focused on what truly matters, respect and honour your husband, and find joy in your God-given purpose. You are cherished, loved, and valued beyond measure. Let’s continue to build lives filled with love, happiness, and unforgettable memories, honouring the beautiful design God has for us all.
