As an African woman

As an African woman

As an African woman, never let your man enter the house without welcoming him. For a man, the home is not the structure of the house, it’s his wife. She’s his home. How she welcomes him, how she smiles at him, and asks how his day was.

As an African man, never let your woman go to bed upset. If there’s an issue she brought to your attention, do all you can to sort it out. A woman primarily looks to you as her pillar of strength. You’re her teacher, keep learning new things, you’re her support system, make yourself strong physically and mentally. If you’re emotionally unavailable or unstable, she will lose confidence in you, and instead begin to confide in her friends. That’s not something you want. You want her to confide in you. Show her that you’re capable and trustworthy.
