Since the Founding of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Has Never Compromised
A grown man sets up a ring light, adjusts his camera angle, clears his throat, and then announces he is “defending” Nnamdi Kanu, but “not because Nnamdi Kanu is perfect.”
Oops! Oga spare us the performance.
You cannot claim to defend a man while subtly planting seeds of doubt about his consistency. That is not defense, it is sabotage dressed up as sophistication.
Since the formation of the Indigenous People of Biafra in 2012, the mission by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been singular and unapologetic: the restoration of Biafra through uncompromising self-determination. No dilution. No retreat. No backdoor deals.
Can you show us one moment where Mazi Nnamdi Kanu watered down the objective?
Can you produce evidence where he bargained away the mandate?
Can you point to any instance where he traded the struggle for personal safety or comfort?
You cannot, because it never happened. Then how dare you say you are defending Nnamdi Kanu not because he is perfect? Whereas you cannot point to one mistake he has made. It is good that you are gradually exposing yourself to those who are still doubting your mission of recent. No wonder you want to destroy IPOB because you think that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who founded it is not perfect, but AVID is perfect.
Through arrest, illegal rendition, prolonged solitary confinement, and relentless pressure, Nnamdi Kanu’s position has remained intact. That level of steadiness under that magnitude of pressure is not weakness. It is discipline and focus.
Perfection in this struggle means consistency. It means ideological clarity. It means not bending when bending would buy you comfort. By that measure, he has not contradicted himself. He has not shifted the goalposts. He has not abandoned the mission. Then what exactly do you mean that Nnamdi Kanu is not perfect?
What is truly dangerous is this tactic: constantly invoking his name to attract his supporters, while quietly undermining the very authority and clarity that made the movement strong in the first place. That is calculated damage, not defense. And, you cannot light a ring light bright enough to hide that contradiction.
If you are defending Nnamdi Kanu of which you are not, defend him fully. If you disagree, be bold enough to say so openly. But do not masquerade as a shield while acting as a blade.
If anyone claims that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has compromised, let them present verifiable proof, not staged outrage and camera angles.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is perfect. It is you who is horribly not good at all.

You are right sir.
