“The Lord is My Shepherd” – Psalm 23: Biafra Shall Not Want!

Biafrans, today we pray with the Psalms of David. Even as we walk through the valley of the shadow of marginalization, oppression, and death, we shall fear no evil.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want”. From the Igbo heartland of Anambra, Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, and Enugu, across the riverine territories of Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, and Delta, to the ancestral lands of the Igala, Igbanke, and Idoma people , the Lord is leading us as one united nation.

Though the forces of oppression rise against us, we fear no evil. For the God of Biafra is with us. His rod and His staff, they comfort us. He has prepared a table before us in the presence of our adversaries. He has anointed our heads with the oil of resilience, and our cup of determination runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of this struggle, and we will dwell in the house of a free and sovereign Republic of Biafra forever!

When duty calls, we rise with Psalm 23 in our hearts and fire in our spirits.This is our season. This is our time.
