WITHDRAW THAT STATEMENT & APOLOGIZE TO NIGERIANS NOW .. 🔥🔥 💥💥!

This Was His Statement Causing National Tension… 👇

“Here, i urge you to prepare your votes. Let us show the world that the 1nfidels are lying that they outnumber us. Show the inf1dels their limit. Nigeria is a Muslim country and if you don’t want to accept a muslim-muslim ticket, you should leave Nigeria because it belongs to us. If not because of the muslim-muslim ticket, the Christians in Nigeria will think they are more than us. This is why we must make sure the muslim-muslim ticket continues to succeed so that our dominance will remain sustained.”
[© Sheikh Yahaya Jingir]

It’s been days now and we’ve not heard from the paid spokes persons that were insulting Cardinal John Onaiekaan of the Catholic Church come out to condemn this.

Imagine it was the cardinal that vomited this against the Muslims… Heaven would have let loose.

I have kept quiet all these while because many right thinking muslims have come out to express the same shock, fear, anger and have declared he’s on his own (OYO).

Let’s start with the truth. Nigeria is not a Muslim country and not a Christian country. section 10 of the 1999 constitution was clear on this, it reads: “The government of the federation or of a state shall not adopt any religion as state religion.” Moreso, section 38 guarantees freedom of religion.

Nigeria belongs to all of us. Muslims, Christians, Traditional worshippers and those who believe in Sun, Moon or Nothing. Nobody or religious sect is claiming it as theirs, this is our country.

So why are we now doing religious arithmetic? Since when did a muslim-muslim ticket become a census to prove who is more OR less?

Because here is what that ticket has not done. It has not put rice on a Muslim family’s table. it has not rescued a k1dnapped farmer.

It has not given a child a good school. it has not reduced fuel, food or medicine. It has not created jobs. It has not fixed a broken road or kept electricity on.

If you want to defend it, defend it on competence, justice, security and results. not on dominance.

BUT no, dominance is exactly what was preached in Kano, with a Governor clapping. that is what saddened me the most.

We should note that politics and earthly power come and go. faith and the afterlife are eternal. yet we are dragging faith on the floor for votes.

Come to think of it, who exactly are these “inf1dels” he wants them to show their limit?

-Is it the taxpayer who is also funding this government?

-The Muslim who rejects religious politics?

-Your neighbors? the Christians who voted for a Muslim before?

-The millions of us who just want a country that works whether the leader prays in a mosque or a church?

This language is dangerous. You cannot insult people’s faith, denigrate their beliefs, call them inf1dels, tell them to leave and expect them to keep quiet and vote with you in 2027.

There is no Christian that will support a party that regards his faith that way. Never! and i’m glad that many Muslims across party lines have also condemned it too, because they know this is not about God, this is about power.

Worse, is that it feeds and fuels the narrative abroad that nigeria is running a Christian gen0cide and an 1slam!zation agenda.

This sheikh has demonstrated serious extrem!sm and has done tremendous damage to the very ticket he claims to defend without knowing it.

And i ask again, where is the presidency 24 hours and 48 hours later? Silent..

But when the Bishops speak the truth, the attackers came out fast. Now a cleric says something that endorses them even though horr!ble… Suddenly it’s table manners, “No One Talks While Eating.”

That double standard is why people no longer trust the conversation.

THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE AND WHERE WE STAND:

Christians are not inf1dels. We are believers. NIGERIA is secular and multi-religious. That is our strength. We must leave religion out of politics and vote on issues, policies and character.

Sheikh Jingir should apologize to the Church and to Nigerians before this kind of speech sets this country on fire.

We will not keep quiet while poverty is k1lling us and politicians are playing god with our faith.

When i dropped the post asking them to apologize for insulting a genuine man of God Cardinal John Onaiekaan who spoke truth to power, all the attackers and defenders of impun!ty came after me online. Now they’re all sleeping.

-Isn’t that the height of hypocrisy we face as a Nation?

-Isn’t it clear now that Nigerians: Muslims, Christians, Traditionalist etc Should Arise, Unite As One And Take Their Country?
