As Nkwo morning breaks, I stand upon the earth with my spirit rooted in the wisdom of my ancestors. I remember that a person’s destiny is not strengthened by noise, but by wisdom, courage, discipline and the truth they uphold when nobody is watching.
May my Chi awaken my understanding. May the good counsel of my ancestors guide my decisions, and may the earth beneath my feet remind me to build my life upon a foundation that cannot easily be shaken.
MY OFOR SPEAKS
Ofor of truth and justice, let falsehood never become my language, and let injustice never become the price of my progress. May I not use another person’s weakness as a ladder to my success, nor allow desperation to make me forget the values of my roots.
On this Nkwo morning, may I recognise genuine opportunities, avoid destructive choices, and possess the courage to continue when the road becomes difficult. May my honest labour yield meaningful results, and may peace, understanding and good conduct strengthen my household.
May I have the wisdom to leave behind harmful patterns, the humility to correct my mistakes, and the strength to protect what is good in my life. Let my actions honour my Chi, and let my name be associated with truth and integrity.
MY DECLARATION
My Chi shall guide my steps. My Ofor shall stand for truth. I shall not abandon my principles because of hardship, nor exchange my integrity for temporary gain. My hands shall labour honestly, my mind shall remain discerning, and my destiny shall be pursued with courage and wisdom.

As you enter this Nkwo day, remember that not every battle deserves your energy and not every opportunity deserves your trust. Think before you act, speak with care, honour your commitments, and remain consistent in your honest efforts.
