The Crying Cow

The Crying Cow

The Crying Cow

This is Africa.
A big, beautiful cow. Rich. Blessed. Full of milk.

But look at her. She is thin. She is tired. She is crying. Flies are all over her because nobody is taking care of her.

And under her, four fat cows are lying down, sucking her dry through pipes.

USA — sucking
CHINA — sucking
FRANCE — sucking
EU — sucking

They are not hungry. They are already fat. But they will not stop.

Africa has gold. Africa has oil. Africa has diamonds. Africa has cocoa. Africa has lithium. Africa has everything the world needs.

Yet the owner of the milk is the one starving.

The cow is crying because she gives and gives, but her own children go hungry. Her milk builds other people’s cities, feeds other people’s economies, makes other people’s cows fat — while her own land stays dry.

This picture is not just a cartoon. It is our story.

The question is: How long will Africa keep crying while everybody else keeps drinking?

  1. A powerful and thought-provoking illustration of economic exploitation and inequality. Africa is immensely rich in natural resources, yet much of its population continues to struggle with poverty. The real tragedy is that the wealth beneath its soil does not always translate into prosperity for its people. Africa needs fair partnerships, responsible leadership, and control over its own resources.
