They came from different lands…
They came from different lands…
Abia. Anambra. Ebonyi. Enugu. Imo.
Different histories. Different journeys. Different struggles.
But today, they stand as one.
Holding the hands of the future…
Pointing to a truth that must never be forgotten:
IGBO BU OFU.
One people.
One blood.
One destiny.
That little boy laughing in their midst is not just a child…
He is a symbol of tomorrow.
A reminder that what we build today will shape what he becomes.
If we teach division, he will inherit brokenness.
If we live unity, he will inherit strength.
For too long, we have allowed boundaries, labels, and pride to separate us.
We argue over states, over dialects, over differences that should never matter more than our shared identity.
But look closely…
When it truly matters, we don’t stand as Abia or Enugu.
We don’t rise as Anambra or Imo.
We rise as IGBO.
Because no matter where you come from,
your roots speak the same truth —
You belong to something bigger.
This is a call…
A call to remember who we are.
A call to protect our unity.
A call to lift each other, not tear each other down.
Because divided, we struggle…
But united, we are unstoppable.
If you are proud to be Igbo, don’t scroll past this.
Drop your state in the comments.
Stand tall. Represent your roots.
And say it loud for the world to hear:
IGBO BU OFU
