Prayer for the Sick Through the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Heavenly Father, You are the Divine Physician, the source of all healing and comfort. Today, we lift up to You all who are sick in body, mind, or spirit. Through the loving intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Health of the Sick, stretch forth Your healing hand upon them.
Lord Jesus, touch every heart burdened by illness. Relieve their pain, strengthen their weakness, restore their health, and fill them with Your peace. Grant wisdom to doctors, nurses, and caregivers, and bless all who lovingly care for the sick.
Mother Mary, compassionate Mother and comfort of the afflicted, wrap your children in your loving mantle. Pray for them before your Son, Jesus Christ, that they may receive healing, renewed strength, and the grace to trust in God’s holy will.
May every sick person experience God’s mercy, hope, and unfailing love. If it is God’s will, grant them complete healing of body, mind, and soul, so that they may praise His holy name all the days of their lives.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
